No, that is not correct.

The SISP, if successful, would have been processed through the US Bankruptcy Court as they are the only court with jurisdiction over the Delaware Corporation and the common stock.

The US Court has ultimate jurisdiction over everything. Which is why any moves in the Canadian Court under CCAA is also submitted to the US Court for approval. And it is why the CCAA will be closed first, and then the US bankruptcy will be closed, which will result in the remaining unpaid debt being discharged and the equity cancelled.

The common stock WILL be cancelled. It is soon to be completely worthless.
