Scam company BICX issues FALSE AND MISLEADING press release on private placement of $6.0 million stating that it was priced at above market $15.00/share, but forgets to mention in the title and the first paragraph that the price is NOT $15.00/share because the investors, one of whom is an insider, also receive significant royalties from the company for the next 15 years thereby reducing the effective price paid for the private placement per share.
