Here’s the great part. “All” means “All”. It’s an absolute term. So all amounts owing subject to the KERP Charge give you 3 options:

1. All amounts that have priority to the KERP Charge have been paid.
2. All amounts owed to the KERP Charge have been paid which means option 1 has been paid.
3. All amounts that don’t have priority to the KERP Charge have been paid which means unsecured claims have been paid over secured claims.

I don’t care which one you pick. Choose wisely...
