I am guessing it would not be easy to get the harvest out of spain and then another obstacle bringing it into the US. I would assume each govt would want to perform their own independent tests to check the THC levels. How long does that take? Would it make sense for the govts to just take independent lab results on their credibility? Who knows what tariff, tax or kickbacks the govts want. IDK! JMO
