What is so hard about understanding BioAmber's Monitor's Reports... English apparently isn't English, reports/documents are a bunch of lies, and definitions of words are made up and don't mean what they really mean
When investing in BioAmber, whats actually written in court documents is often told to be not true even though documents are facts. What is written in court documents "actually doesn't mean what they say"
Lets review.....
The KERP charge has been paid, it states that all amounts owing that are subject to the KERP Charge have now been paid however it actually doesn't mean it has been paid.
The Sale of the Company and the definition of the company does not actually mean the sale of the Company
Strategic buyers for the business as a whole does not really mean the business as a whole
Transactions with an "s" at the end does not really means two transactions, it means one transaction without an "s" at the end. Also an investment of BioAmber does not really mean an investment
Best interest of all stakeholders, a positive result, and causing no hardship for stakeholders actually means a negative results and shares being cancelled for secured creditors, creditors, and shareholders with no one getting paid
Emails by PwC saying BioAmber is going through a restructure doesn't actually mean restructure. Along with PwC, specifically Christian Bourque saying that BioAmber is going through a complex restructure in court on March 15th 2019
Preliminary discussions are being discussed with one party does not really matter because there apparently worthless and do not mean anything and for some reason BioAmber fought to keep them. Also PwC mentions discussions with two parties for contracts in court put only one party in the documents
Bankruptcy protection doesn't really mean protection
Section 4 and 5 of CCAA concerning a compromise or agreement with unsecured and secured creditors does not really mean a compromise or an agreement
Lets break down what is true and what is speculation/opinion. $80M was going into CCAA, does not anticipate and does not believe is pure speculation and an opinion. Still in discussion with multiples parties? How does PwC know the outcome then.
Link to the law that states that shares will be cancelled? Haven't seen one Link to future proceedings and any updates by PwC? Haven't seen one... it takes almost a month to schedule a proceeding? Must be really involved in recognizing value of the contracts
