Hows your SMALL CLAIMS case getting along, is your car dealership legal team working out ?
How much does it cost to file in the SMALL CLAIMS... $30 per case i read thats a hell of an investment.
I made a mistake on my previous post, I stated maximum award was $35,000. That is for the PROVINCIAL COURT.. Robson Square is just $10k. Is that why you broke it down into 3 seperate cases.
Incidentally that may turn out to be a mistake, as if the Judge feels you are trying to game the system, all 3 will get thrown out... no real issue, as there is no case anyway.
