This is poorly timed, right after they release a 10Q with no cash on the hand, and then they hit the investment community with increasing the float by 16%, after Nader was mouthing off about offers for better financing, etc. Paulson too is making a killing alongside Nader, and BOD. Investors here especially retail guys are getting crushed. You might as well put an order in for under 40c, and wait for a fill.
