Oh that's easy - her campaign attorneys hired the investigative firm the republican's hired to get dirt on Trump who hired Steele a British Spy who had expertise in Russia and gave some very good raw data.

She DID NOT hire him to spy on her Dem opponents you are full of it. He was only hired after the nomination
