This is far, far FAR from my first spin around CCAA and US Bankruptcies. I understand the process very well. I have been 100% right about all the other bankruptcies and CCAA proceedings for other companies, and I am 100% right about BioAmber, too.

BIOAQ has been liquidated in both Canada and the US, and there is ZERO chance the common shares are "safe". The common shares WILL be cancelled upon the conclusion of the US Bankruptcy Case.

Anyone holding BIOAQ common shares will lose everything.
