It has been so obvious for so long! Some crooks come up with a really good story that will fool enough people for sufficient time to vacuum up their dollars. A "lender" (i.e. the Convertible Debt Holder) buys into the company sufficiently to get the story going and keep it going. A CEO, who does not know squat about science, but who can generate stories that the naive will get sucked into, lock stock and barrel, is a part of the scam. The "lender" keeps selling his shares (using warrants) for as long as possible generating not only the payback, the CEO salary, but a hell-of-a-lot-of profit. The trouble is that the story sounds plausible because it is done at a high school level. People who don't know any better think they have invented the holy-grail!

All this is usually done within the SEC rules. Those rules have been clearly violated here with HYSR.

I think the SEC will intercede here. And I also think some Walmart and Amazon attorneys will soon be in contact with Tim Young.
