Well, that's "unclear". We don't know your exact experience and you also don't even know the reasons for your exact experience.
If this was a pattern, then, yes, it would seem a problem. But, no one has presented this as a patterned problem. You haven't even. You've described one incident. Personal anecdotes of a singular experience are not the stuff of due diligence.
They are, however, the stuff of contacts to customer service.
