GERS. Most of us are VERY HAPPY with Gers, despite its inability to file its 10Q's and 10K's! A lot going on here and few PENNY CO's can say the same thing!

KK has always been compliant, but the situation changed a couple of years ago when the our Infringement Lawsuit took a lot out of us, but could very well come back to pay us back MANY TIMES over once the lawsuit finalizes!

Gers has established a strong backbone of Patents and Patent Pending Technologies, then to mention the (8) Royalty paying Licensees who are very happy with the results our Machinery has produced for them! If those Companies weren't happy, they wouldn't have been paying Royalties for the past 5-7 years!

Great Company with a potentially lucrative future ahead of it! Nothing will stop KK or Gers, even the Naysayers who are on just about every board doing what they do best... Complain and try to damage a Company they find fault with IMO? They should appreciate the opportunity GERS has provided them with to cash-in-on a potential BONANZA through the Lawsuit they initiated and the INNOVATIVE Technologies they Invented from scratch?

To any new interested Investor, you will see naysayers everywhere in the Penny field, and they are a common irritant because they are unhappy with this or that problem, which every Penny Stock has to endure by the way!

Just look at the long time Holders of the GERS stock, some of the smartest people you will find anywhere! So listen to them over what the Consummate Negativists have to say and you will be much closer to the truth!! Negativists Rarely, if ever, give credit where credit is due, and when you go down the list of Patents and Patent-Pending Alternative energy INNOVATIONS, you will recognize all the accomplishments GERS has produced, with more on the Drawing boards as we speak! IMO... GLTA holders!
