Elite Pharmaceuticals Inc (ELTP)

My question is why is ELTP in the same position as it was in 2015? But now the company has a worse market cap and stock price. Seems the talk about FDA approval, generic brands, and so on, are the same. I’ve been thinking of taking another position here but can’t figure out what’s going on!
