AZ, Could you explain why WMI Stockholders would mean ONLY WMI Common Shareholders and not include WMI Preferred Shareholders? Equity IS Equity .. whether it is Common or Preferred, in a Company's Capital Structure... That IS the Reason the Hedgies Loaded Up on the PIERS.. Of course, as we all know, getting caught on their Insider Trading was their Undoing...
