I found Kingswell's number with a Google search. It's the same as the one Mr. IHDR found.

The 10-QSB is clear that a payment hasn't yet been received. I don't know if it would be worth your time to verify Mr. IHDR's statements since they contradict the 10-QSB but a call is easy enough if you want to make one.
