Ron, for Alice to get a penny from your hundreds of billions requires 2 things:

1) You have to own old preferred, AND

2) Alice wins, which means that the underwriters are kicked out of class 19, which means that you save billions for the underwriters versus just paying them just 26M to 72M.

Neither 1) and 2) are true then why do you care?
