Who could have guessed they would be tied up in a court case? No one

Who could have guessed they'd be non compliant to SEC rules and not file ER? No one

Who could have guessed we'd break the 3+ month floor $0.25 right before due ER? No one

Everything was set up nicely and confidence was building.

I decided to hold through this and paid the price again but I haven't given up hope. I have cash to buy my avg down as soon as Jenny shows me her balance sheet and this case is behind us.
