If this CEO can pull off the purchase of a 80 MW power plant after he has already set up two locations full of miners operating (with pictures as proof as well as audited financials), I think this CEO has graduated from "dreamer"(or scammer as some have said) to "doer".
Until proven otherwise, I will let it ride and enjoy the gains.
