So you're thinking the full 100m could come direct to UCPA? I mean man that would be insane...I think the relationship with LPI will produce 400m of market value to UCPA within the next few years and once LPI IPO we're talking upwards of 1bn. So no matter how we're slicing it....it's pretty sweet
