Thank you so much for digging that out, HH. I'm travelling so much, I have a hard time remembering where I saw things.
I have warehouse space in both SE Florida and SW Florida so I'm scadaddling back and forth all the time.
I suspected it was Miami.
What happens is franchise owners can continue a deal if they feel its beneficial for the location.
That was being offered at a franchise (often several stores owned by the same franchisee) for some time.
I was shocked to be charged 1.39 for a cheeseburger this trip- somewhere in eastern United States, lol
