Fact is that CTLE was front loaded ahead of the new Wyoming SOS filing and new twitter page and website just like BBDA and LEAS

I would have considered it a possibility that somebody used Dennis Bolbat's name without him knowing if it wasn't for the fact that LEAS has a history of lying.
