The company's SEC filings and stop sign is being addressed. DGRI contacted OTC markets and is responding in a timely manner to provide requested documentation to address the stop sign issue. DGRI SEC attorney is working on all filings and all disclosures required by OTC markets. We are also in the process of preparing our financial data for public release. They will appear with related disclosure statements and attorney letters.
