This subject has been covered right here on this board numerous times over the past 6 weeks...and Greg Rotman has sent out dozens of emails to shareholders over that timeframe letting everyone know that it's going to be done in as accretive and non-dilutive nature as possible...making any attempts to suggest otherwise as hollow as it gets woot-woot>>>
