Those were plans that were drawn up a year BEFORE that property was sold. Did they fail to get approval? Was any licensing involved? Certainly the property would have sold for more if a license and plans were approved. I suspect they were not. So now they have a storyline property to unload on gullible “investors”.

Is this another flip for Shumake? A chance to dump that property onto the shareholders here?
I wouldn’t trust that guy Shumake.
