Just doesn't add up to me. Even if they are busy and there is a $100M opportunity, they get some lackey close to them to wire the $50K, re-file all, and get moving. If there is truly something great in the energy space for them, they could scale it to $1B+ or so. All for a few million they invested into EGYH early, have board seats, control, and deals at hand.

If they actually have deal(s) lined up with a prospectus to show potential investors, the funds could be raised online by 1 or 10 people immediately, and more if they need.
