I think what he meant by "longs will be rewarded" was "hold your shares so more people will buy in so I make more money when I dump all these front loaded shares".

But people sold and he had to sell his also. But I believe Mickey and his Strattonites still made double digit millions.

Now he vanishes for a while. Dilutes the stocks back down to nothing later and waits for the moment to run the scam again.
