My point is, why would they bother raising only enough to fund another three months of operations, unless they view it as a temporary stop gap measure? Meaning that maybe they believe they may also receive cash from a different source. Obviously if they will receive partnership cash then they would want to dilute as little as possible. I’m not sure what you don’t understand, to be honest.
