What would the RM be here? Still stay in energy or can the new investor take the company in another direction?

A business partner of mine is looking to go public. I told them taking over a shell on the OTC may be the fastest way to do so. They make a ton of money now and are scaling quickly. Going NYSE etc costs millions to do so and well over a year of time. This would be a short cut for their tech company.
