The R/S info is discussed in a separate 16-page leaflet. It is signed by Anshu Bhatnagar. It is dated January 31, 2019. This notice accompanied the Form 10-K. I'm not computer savvy enough to post it here. Perhaps another person could do that. The R/s is intended to be 1 for 400 shares.
