Just got off the phone with Greg. I asked for some clarification of the process behind the valuation of the assets and now I fully understand the extension and the need for it. Very interesting person.
Well educated and yet down to earth. I am looking to open a foster care facility and we talked about how much work his parents do in that area. They do a very significant amount of work keeping families together. A good thing to know. Those who sell will regret it.
