I think the Audit for the merger is just taking a little longer then expected and that is normal. Some audits with mergers are on time and some other audits take longer due to the complexity. Everything I’ve read on the audit of Rotmans due to the inventory & museum is complex. This makes 100% sense and I told Greg this was going to happen however he couldn’t say anything about this
