yes it is just a matter of $50K. need someone with skin on the game to clean. But they are millionaires and too busy with their lives at the time. Once clean this is open for one of many reverse mergers of which all have been identified.

There are people waiting to do business with the company but they cannot do anything because it is not clean! $50K! and it can be a .50 stock after reverse merge
