Come on dude! State all the facts. WE KNOW THERE WILL BE NO RS until a NASDAQ uplisting. That means the share price HAS TO BE NORTH OF A DIME pre RS in order to QUALIFY for NASDAQ.
10b (hypothetical) O/S at a 10-1 RS leaves a 1b O/S at a 1.00 per share but only if the share price is 10 cents a share at the time of RS!!! Obviously we are a long way from that.
Let’s start with a penny a share, which is a 5X profit from these levels, and go from there to OTCQB. I’ll happily take a penny a share price for this stock RIGHT NOW and so will millions of other investors.
