My Dear Shareholders of Access-Power, Inc,
I believe I found an attorney to represent ACCR in up listing to the pinks. She is very well known, and very expensive, but I spoke to her and we have emails back and forth. She is willing to represent our Company, and has had success in the past up listings for 3 other Companies. She recommended that I fill out a OTC MARKETs disclosure statement regarding our Company.
I am also going to contact another on Monday, who I spoke with originally last Summer. She also is very well known, and just want to firm up a few details. With all of my pain issues, and working to generate revenue for our Company, I have stayed focus on my #1 goal....TO GET OUR COMPANY OFF THE GREY MARKET, and get us trading again.
Come on PATRICK.....FOCUS...…..GET ACCR TRADING AGAIN!!!!!

I will be the 4th or 5th ever to come back. Just you WAIT and SEE. I am a WARRIOR, and I am not afraid, and I will continue to search for my merger candidate as stated in all my federal SEC filings. I also checked on the 3/15/2019 FINRA SHORT reporting, and my tag along shortie covered by 200 shares.....LOL.
