Can we please get back on topic for this board? Who cares what others have done with their position. Last time I checked there are players on both sides of this coin. Who cares who was converted to either side. We all have our reasons and It happens daily with this stock and its players. Let's refrain from talking about individuals and get back to talking about what's at stake please. It makes for better discussions.

Should be seeing either a report or an extension today or tomorrow depending on how reporting rules are interpreted. Today is day 90.
As for everyone else saying Jason doesnt care. I don't even know where to begin with that without laughing. He has tons riding on this including the lives of his employees who he has to look in the eye daily. I've always maintained this has been played the way it has for a reason. I believe one can toss the Chinese shares in as one of the reasons. What benefit does it do for Jason to have a shareprice higher when he is trying to kick out 1.5 billion shares? If there is a settlement and I say that as a big if, what benefit would a higher share price be for Jason in negotiations? The answer is, it wouldnt, he would have to possibly pay a higher amount. If.... he settled. The bigger the bait the bigger the fish it attracts. This might not even require a settlement. We shall see.
Why would Jason reregister just let this go back to delinquent filing? None of it makes sense. Jason is moving this forward and there's nothing anyone here can say to prevent that from happening. This stock price will move when Jason gives it the fuel to move. Until then what is said here on this board is all speculation.
