My Take on Q4 2018 and 2019 Revenue

For CANB, it’s really all about 2019 and here’s why...

Given that they didn’t own a CBD factory at any point in 2018, and they needed to essentially purchase white labeled CBD from somebody else’s factory, controlled growth in this embryonic stage of development when profit margins are low looked to be their aim in 2018 as Q1, Q2 and Q3 brought in $69,000, $154,000 and $163,000

In January 2019, they purchased the CBD factory and went from being essentially a reseller of CBD to being a manufacturer, thus significantly increasing profit margins as they move into their early infancy as a company

This sets them up to switch from controlled growth in 2018 to explosive growth in 2019

I’ve gotten a lot of questions about my estimates for Q4 2018 revenue, and given the fact that they likely planned on buying the CBD factory if Hemp was federally legalized, and that hemp legalization inside of The 2018 Farm Bill looked increasingly likely to pass as we moved through November, I don’t believe they would feel the need to step on the throttle when in another month they planned on purchasing the factory, allowing them to drive far higher margins on revenue

So I would guess that their Q4 revenues are going to be in line with the controlled growth stage and come in somewhere between $160,000 - $180,000

For Q1 2019, I am looking for more than a doubling and expecting at least $400,000

For Q2 I’m looking for a big revenue jump to $1M-$2M due to it being the first full quarter of both SAM and Pure Leaf CBD Oil sales

For the full year in 2019, based on their current product lines, I’m looking for $5M-$10M in revenue with the possibility of it being significantly higher, depending on exactly where in the $1M-$2M range Q2 revenues fall — in addition, the likelihood that they are going to continue to develop new CBD Oil products and additional CBD medical devices is pretty good, so that would also change the expected revenue range forecast

And given that they went from being a reseller to owning the manufacturing earlier this year, they may also take the next step and acquire a hemp farm to further increase their profit margins — that would make them a fully seed to sale operation
