Except the motion provided (and conveniently ignored) speaks nothing of an $18 owning lunatic and everything about a stay against the business and property . If it was all gone then the only stay would be to stay any action against the empty shell and/or garbage corn sludge. Either way I’ll be happy when it’s over . Just made 6 figures on a CE stock I was never supposed to see gains on. Either this will make 2/2 or a small tax loss against massive gains I wasn’t supposed to have if I had listened to some on that board.
