If ADXS is planning to show good data or some other news on the heels of the RS it would be very fortuitous timing, that’s for sure. They really didn’t have much time left to do the RS. So it’s not like they timed it with good news on purpose. It essentially will have been very good timing by chance, coinciding with any substantial news, if there is any.
