NIO - in response to the GS coverage and to Novice's questions about the stock the other day, here's a very extensively stated and rather scary shortseller at S.Alpha "talking his book" about NIO.

The high cashburn rate and liabilities to auto-manufacturer JAC are indeed worrisome if NIO doesn't really bring in the buyers for their smaller vehicle this year and in 2020.

Disclosure: i'm neither short nor long on NIO, and don't have plans to initiate any positions.
