Don't be ridiculous. He probably has some very large orders to fill and needs funds to get Lot's of Product moving out the door.

If there is dilution, it's to grow the business Rapidly ! I'm very comfortable here with the news release and any dilution to fill large orders, which I absolutely believe is happening.
