Well, that's convenient. You're saying the immediate payment was received almost two months later, promptly at the beginning of the fourth quarter where it will punctually show up on the 10KSB due on March 31.
Well, I certainly can't doubt information which came from Mr. Huffman and was filtered through you. How can I question your or Mr. Huffman's honesty? Now if you'll excuse me, I have to e-mail my bank account number to a couple of people in Nigeria who I believe are honest and will give me money.
Actually here's another quote from the 10-QSB:
"The second contract is with Kingswell Funding LLC. The contract is for the sale of two Energy Commander V. The contract calls for a 30% down payment that will occur immediately after placement locations for the machines are found. The condition precedent for the down payment has not yet occurred and therefore the total contract is not reflected in the financial statements."
So Mr. Huffman says he hasn't received any payment from Kingswell and suddenly new terms appear which weren't mentioned in the PR.
So he told you he received the payment early October but he's telling everyone else he hasn't received any payment? Can you resolve that? Do you think he's lying to you or to everyone else?
