SBES has updated their NV SOS filing with its management team and it is very powerful. I have personally confirmed from the owners of SBES that one of the Directors listed within their NV SOS filing (Eric Yuan) is the same guy that is the managing director of BlackRock, Inc. which is a $68 Billion private equity and venture capital firm with $6.29 Trillion Assets Under Management (AUM):
