it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to understand that the shares he received for money needs to be accounted for in the A/S. Hence the A/S increase. However, how do people expect $VRUS to acquire companies without an increased A/S? We need room in A/S if they want to acquire or merge with up to 8 companies!

It’s all in the way you spin it. And our friend here was selling the entire day when he received the email from Mark. To me, he is trading on what he thought was insider information.

It reflects negatively on him. Not on the company nor the shareholders.
