The law is never "factually inaccurate".

BIOAQ is Bankrupt. The common stock will be cancelled. Guaranteed.

Assuming the SEC and/or FINRA do not suspend trading in the stock first, of course. Both regulators have been sweeping up and disposing of a lot of delinquent bankrupt companies lately.
