IPEI - James Hergot and Ken Eades. Geez, these guys sneak in a r/s announcement on a rather normal pr and it tanks. Then they postpone r/s. Then they r/s and reincorporate in NV (red flag; they were incorped in CA where they are based and making movies, why the need for NV other than dilution?). Announced months ago a divvy and have yet to produce it. Call shareholders names. James has page on myspace.com. Posted pix of his new beachhouse until IHUB posters raised hell then he removed them (he reads the boards, another red flag). Ken known to reverse split on a regular basis. Is that enough or do you need more?
