Based on my understanding of the warrants, if he wants to maximize his position he will need to exercise the warrants before he converts the note. That way he can purchase the entire 925M shares available via the warrants. Otherwise, once he starts converting, he can only exercise the warrants for the same number of shares that he gets by converting.

Again, that is my understanding and could be incorrect.
