I found an MM blocking the ask last 2-3 days on QTMM, one I had never seen before. What I found tells me they may manipulating the stock right now, which explains the trading anomalies I noticed the last few days, and the WDCO fake as at .04 that got hammered and failed to move with a fake 10,000 ask since Friday (?) last week.

WDCO is on the bid and the ask. He may be stuck and doubling down, trying to cover at .037, cover prior shorts.

That link documents recent fines by the SEC for MM/trading violations, and the black history on their recent law breaking is well detailed. We should keep a close eye on that one!!!
