I had a quick exchange with Zeev about the new lows indicator. My opinion is that it's more crucial on the rally back up from whatever low we get today. If new lows expands, something in the underlying market may be changing.

Of course, 1 could double to 2 just because of dumb luck, so today's data isn't exactly the best baseline for comparison.
