Sometimes there are buyers, but in the case of CEGX I believe there will be few. When CEGX trades again on April 2 there will likely be few if any trades.
Matched trades only. No , Bid, Ask trading blind with only time and sales showing on L2. For those looking to get out I would use round even sell orders and nothing real large. Break it up into smaller trades if there are several million shares to sell. And set the PPS low. Typically these things drop 60-80%.
