Back in 1998 or so stocks at .01 to .05 or less were running to a dollar or more. That was huge money. Then around 2000 the entire penny market collapsed. These days extremely few trips to .02 or so get anywhere near $1 or more. Not even close. The latest SHM* ran to over .90 very quickly and not many got in. In fact many bought high and are losing as it sits today at .24.
